Every finding shows the field it was derived from, the quote verbatim and a link to the entry. You should not have to trust our wording — the wording is usually where the error is.

No patient data. Ever.
This is not a policy, it is an architecture. The database has no field that could hold information about a patient, and free text from the search box is discarded before anything is stored. Beside this is everything a check actually consists of.

The data foundation is Helfo's takst code set for doctors (field LE), rule set helfo-le-2026-09-10, valid from 2026-09-01. Takstkompass is not affiliated with Helsedirektoratet, Helfo or Helsenorge.

Questions we get
Is this a definitive answer on what I can claim?
No, and it is not meant to be. Takstkompass points at what is worth a closer look and shows the source verbatim. The judgement — and the responsibility — is yours, as it always has been.
Do I enter patient information?
Never. You enter takst codes and optionally time spent and time of day. There is no field for a patient's name, national ID number or diagnosis — not in the form and not in the database.
What does it cost, and can I cancel?
Basis costs 99 NOK a month after 14 days free, Pluss 199 NOK. No lock-in — you cancel whenever you like, in Stripe's customer portal, and keep access for the period you have paid for.
Where do the rates and rules come from?
From Helfo's open takst code set for doctors (field LE), the same code set Helsedirektoratet publishes. The rules are derived solely from the structured fields of the code set, never from our reading of free text.
What happens when Normaltariffen changes on 1 July?
The data set is pulled again from Helfo, and every answer states which edition it was based on. Your history keeps the edition that applied when you checked.
